The Church of Saint John & St. Stephen Home Inc.  is an 80 bed accredited Nursing Home in Saint John, New Brunswick,  and requires the services of a Director of Care.

The position is a member of the Management Team and is responsible for planning and directing the care for residents following the Mission, Policies, Values and Philosophy of the Home and the standards set by Nursing Home Services.

The applicant must have:

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing supplemented by
• Management/Administration courses
• Active or eligible for active registration in NANB
• At least three years Management experience in a
• Unionized environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and Team Building skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• A strong commitment to providing a safe and caring environment for residents
• A strong commitment to providing a healthy and safe environment for staff
