Responsibilities:

• Clinic testing including vision, audiometric, spirometry, blood draws, resting ECG, color vision.
• Manage HEP B, immigration/refugee medical, Flu vaccine and Travel Medicine programs.
• Drug testing.
• Work as a responsible team member, assessing & recommending improvements to programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of BC.
• Occupational Health Nursing Certificate and/or Travel Medicine experience is an asset.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a clinic setting; previous varied nursing experience a must.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort with basic computer programs.
• Demonstrated abilities to work within a team environment and to communicate with and educate patients clearly and effectively

Skills required: 

• Professional manner, initiative and a sense of responsibility, use of good judgment, customer service skills.
